This is a quick, fun recipe for a different kind of Taco. I am not sure where I first tried something like this, or even what it is called! We don’t eat fast food much, but over the years I ate this yummy mixture of crunch and flour tortilla some where and I know it is a choice on some fast food menus. Foof loves tacos so in an effort to make something other than our usual Taco, I tossed this all together and now the kids love it! I make it when I need fast and fun!
