    • Haha you are so sweet! I dont really know what it is. Soos made frozen hashbrowns a few months back, a lazy day. The next time she added eggs at the end and I loved it!

      • It’s a Spanish Omelette … and a very savvy one 😉 Go Soos btw .. my youngest is in need of quick recipes as a recent graduate and in her first job saving for a place that she doesn’t have to share. This is one for her, for sure!

  3. i had forgotten about frozen hashbrowns. Don’t know if we have them in Mexico, but this is a great idea. I can’t stand eggs without potatoes and this is the simplest way to get both!
