Cooking blog

I thought this was a cooking blog but it became much more! I value my friends in this community, they are amazing.

I have not done very much home cooking for the past year. My children have really started cooking way more and have become very good at finding new dishes to try. It is fun to watch them and to find new recipes. In the past month I have done more cooking, inching my way back to something I truly love. Yesterday I spent time organizing what I have so far on the book so I decided to try this casserole that I found on a good friend’s blog.

Thanks Jodi!

Zucchini Pizza Casserole

We really like zucchini so this dish was a great fit for out family. It was also fairly easy so worked out great for a busy day of writing. Thanks for the recipe Jodi!

  8. A time for everything and everything in its time. This looks scrummy and you will cook when the mood takes you and not when it doesn’t … after all you have prepared SO many meals over the years. I, for one am delighted that you don’t confine yourself to cooking because you are an amazingly talented writer and photographer too. Xxx

  9. Oh Lynn! So glad you liked it! Thanks for sharing! Yours looks amazing!!! I can’t wait to make it again! Happy writing my friend! PS – let me know via email if you would like Terry’s phone number to call. Gary said it is ok to give to special friends if they want to call him. I spoke to him yesterday. He is very weak, but home with Gary and as comfortable as can be expected.
