I love Idaho

When we visited my son in Boise he took us to a diner that had been established in 1956. The food was amazing, simple and delicious.

Their special dessert was ice cream in the shape of a potato! I love Idaho!

    • My son had heard that this was their famous dessert so he had to take us. It was very plain just vanilla ice cream but it looked so cool. The burgers, fries etc. they were the best I have ever had! Simple for sure!

Don and I were in school in Nampa 1956-59 but I don’t remember ever hearing about the ice cream potato. Yummy!
