After I posted this, my dear friend Deborah over at- Circadianreflections Blog told me what renewed her! If you would like to, please tell me what renews you!

Ample fields and terra firma

Where do you find the strength to grow

Among the ice to still recover

A mystery again unfolds

  1. I find it in the sunshine, blue skies, crisp clean air, the trees, birds, and in love and support from family and friends.

Looks like the green grass finds it in the snow, rains, clean air, and wide open spaces to grow and spread. 🙂

  2. How beautiful Lynz!! And I’m so sorry I haven’t been ‘around’. I sold my house and now I’m in the process of getting ready to move… SO MUCH STUFF…. SO LITTLE TIME.. ; O )
You know how people sometimes say (at a restaurant), “I’ll have what she’s having’ – well, I want to say what Deborah said so very well !!

  3. I’m a naturalist like your friend, Deborah. Hah…my namesake. Anything outdoors refreshes me anew, though, I feel most at peace when I’m near water whether it be a lake, a babbling mountain brook, the beach. Hmmm, and I’m a Pisces. Think there’s a connection? I will have to check out Deborah’s blog, too. 🙂

  4. Oh such beautiful photos! The sky is such a bright blue! I am renewed by the springtime – watching spring arise in the flowers and trees – bright sunshine and warming temperature!

  5. Refreshed by nature. The sun sparkling on the snow that look like diamonds. A stream or waterfall. Watching the Northern Lights. Sitting in the sun after a long winter. Walking on a sandy beach and letting the waves come over my feet. All of these things refresh my soul.

  6. Jumped over from the Senior Salon
Beautiful – the photos as well.

I am renewed by dancing, singing, laughter with good friends and play time with my little puppy TinkerToy. Random acts of kindness do it for me too – and time in low, friendly mountains like the Smokies – anytime, but especially in the fall when the leaves are riotous. Fall is my time for renewal, actually, and has been since I first began to go to school.
