Serenity

There is a broken road

It leads to who knows where

The residue of promises

Laughter marked with fear

There is a broken road

I bid to it Godspeed

A revelry of flowers sing

Serenity is near

      1. I also want to tell you that if your medication doesn’t work for you, they may need to change your Meds around until they find the right one for you. Hopefully, they won’t have to do that and they have you on the right Meds. When I went on Meds they were fairly new on the market so they had to change me around a few times to find one that worked well.

      2. Thanks so much for the information. I almost quit about 10 times! It was rough but now seems easier and some anxiety is gone. I am hopeful PJ! xoxoxo I hope this medication is a good fit for me

      3. I have taken my medication since 1994. During those years my medication has been changed several times (as new ones came on the market). The medication I take now I have taken for about 12 -13 years. I take an anti-depressant. I don’t know if that is what you take but for me it is a life time thing. For many, it is only temporary.

      4. I am taking an anti anxiety medication and I also have OCD so I have needed this for years! The OCD has become really bad with the ptsd and anxiety issues so it controlled my life. I now feel maybe %50 better! Thanks for telling me about your story PJ!

      1. xoxoxo I am now taking medication! It has been a long month and 7 years of doctors encouraging me to start. So, finally I made the jump, scary but much needed. I feel a bit better and am now hopeful. xoxoxoxo

  1. Lynz… I have found serenity today, or at least the path to it; at last. People who get/ got abused understand what you wrote, and others too. But I have found a form of serenity today. My body was shaking as I spoke to my friend, peace and storm raging inside. Then I read your few lines, today has been really special so far for me. Thank you!

  2. Very beautiful written Lynn 🙂
You need to believe in a life in freedom without being interrupted. Later you might find a way to do it more practical too.
You are always welcome to write private, if you wish to.
    Big hugs, dear friend
