Thanks Kay K

While I was growing up we had numerous family friends. They were, and still are an integral part of our family. When we moved back to the states seven years ago it could have been a very lonely time had it not been for my folks and these endearing friends. They cheered us on and encouraged us, always asking for updates on our lives. They made the effort to attend weddings, graduations and showers, traveling wherever these events occurred. They are a huge part of our family and very close to my heart!

One very dear friend that I have known for over 40 years, is Kay or KK. She worked with my mother as a nurse and hospital administrator and is a very special person to me!  Kay is married to John, who of course is also a very unique and wonderful person! We always know they will be there to support and help celebrate the moments of our lives.

Kay attended Jacki’s bridal shower (5 years ago) and brought some tea pots and cups from her prized collection to help with our tea party theme. This past weekend Kay and John attended the 4th of July celebration at the lake. John brought his delicious potato salad and Kay brought me these pink heart shaped tea cups that I first saw at the bridal shower five years ago.

Thanks KK love you much

    • we have moved around so much, friends come and go, but these family friends are amazing! They are mostly in their 70’s and 80’s now but still come to our graduations etc. It is so special you are right Sarah!
