  2. I think Idaho is one of, if not the, prettiest places I’ve been. Just driven through, and stopped for a night or two, but what I saw of it was amazing.

      • It was years ago, driving to Washington, to visit a friend in Seattle. Drive it a couple of times. Actually bungee jumped once in Idaho. Beautiful state.

        • Wooooo, bungee jumping you are brave! I grew up in Spokane Wa. then lived in Seattle newly married. Sent my two boys while we were in Saudi to U of I! My mom is also from a town called Troy. when she was growing up it was mostly Swedish immigrants and that is about 20 miles from us. Population 700! I love this area!

          • I was young and single and carefree then. But I’d love to make the drive with the boys. My wife’s best friend lives in Seattle, and she too grew up in Spokane. Small world. Her parents, well her mom at least, live in Port Townsend.

          • Wow, that is so cool! It is a small world! I graduated in 80 from U-hi. Went to CWU in Ellensburg for jazz and then graduated from WSU in Pullman WA.

  5. Lovely photo, Lynn. Until I read in a comment above that it was a barn, I thought it was a house. I was about to say it reminded me of The Little House on the Prairie – such wide open spaces. Its quite a ‘posh’ looking barn, and very pretty.
