Whoopie pies CORRECTION

Hello everyone, please accept my apologies, I need to make a correction, For the filling of Whoopie pies, the ingredients are:

4 Tbs. Flour

1 cup milk

2 Cups Sugar-corrected from 1 cup!

1 cup shortening

  3. I’ve only had the commercial store bought whoopie pies. Homemade is always best so I’ll make these! What a great memories these pies have.

        I just had to take a few minutes to play catch-up with my reader. And this is such a yummy recipe I’m going to have to try it. Just keep your fingers crossed for me when I do, because I haven’t baked anything in the new over yet. I’m sure I should get an over thermometer before I do, just in case it runs hot or low. The old one ran hot, but I was used to that, and knew how to set it. Hugs.
