A popular breakfast dish that is so simple and delicious is plain yogurt topped with dry mint and drizzled with olive oil. At first it seemed silly to put this up as a recipe but when we had it as part of our breakfast on the weekend, I realized that it probably isn’t a breakfast most people are used to. This is part of breakfast in the Middle East for many people.
Spread 2 cups yogurt on a plate, it can be plain yogurt or plain Greek style yogurt, sprinkle a teaspoon of dry mint on top and drizzle with olive oil. This is eaten with Arabic bread. Enjoy!
